ECU has the best player on the court in Gardner who is avg 18 pts a game The problem is he doesn't gave much support around him. Nites top 5 of 6 scorers are all gds and Maham who avgs 12 pts a game might not play tonight. In his last 3 or 4 games he has scored 4,2,and 6 pts. Perry is a solid pt gd and leading scorer, CF has to play defense this year because no longer do they have Tacko bailing them out blocking shots in row 10. Think the Adams kid has been a disappointment after being named Florida HS POY. Also Walker the transfer from Oregon. Green can stick the 3 and Mahan came from Tex AM. Think if Johnny Dawkins the coach pressures and gds Gardner tight Pirates don't have enough ammo around him

I know Gillespie is out Moore too. But Hoyas can't shoot and think Nova has those kids sitting and subbing all year watching and waiting and when they finally get their chance they will excel . Small play ..

A jason Kidd type gd When he hit the 3 pt game winner vs Texas here in Austin as he let go of the ball he yelled at Coleman and said " game". Swish game over. Shannon ,Edwards, McCuller are all solid.. Beard is the better coach by far and his kids are so much more disciplined. Texas Shacka has been hit so hard by criticism with all the talent he has and no control or IQ during the game. I am betting he has listened and to his critics esp the guy who parks cars at the stadium and asked him " why aren't you getting the ball inside instead of your gds shooting fade away 3's. This team has kai jones as the 6th man and he listed as the NBA's 10th pick and Ferbes their best shooter is now back . The problem like I have siad before many times ' there is only one ball " So a small play on the Longhorns because after this game and Tech wins I'm going to look at myself in the mirror and say " what was I thinking". One thing that scares me. In Texas last game Brown the superstar freshmen gets a break away and as he goes to dunk he decides to style and brings the ball between his legs and dunk He misses the dunk and shacka jumps up to take him out. But Ramey the team captain who is on the bench gets in between Shacka and the scorers table and tell Shacka to leave him in. ' he only is a freshmen and he knows what he did. Shacka leaves him in and tells about it at the post game. press conf . Shacka,your the coach,take his ass out .. thats how he learns .. anyway I'm backing Texas only because of some parking attendant might have got to the Texas coach

Haven't seen the line yet in UTSA-WKU game I capped it at WKU -7 or -8 WKU has an air craft carrier in Bassey at 6'11. UTSA has Germany at 6'11 and maybe 215. when I saw him against North Texas 's Simmons Germany was sooo bad. So post defense and scoring are big edge for the Hilltoppers. But can they stop jivan and wallace.. Last yr Jivan won POY of conf USA only because Bassey broke his leg. Tough game to capp..will look at the line and come back. I hate getting off the train that has been good to you all year. And that is why I don't have a condo in the Caymons only in Austin Texas .
