Temple comes up big for me and I'd like to squeeze in an under play on this one as well. It all boils down to the status of Dysert.

Like OU as well. Jarvis is back for Kent but they have some real QB poblems and Martin remains as the MAC's poorest coach.

The Zips are still playing hard but Patrick Nicely is a train wreck and his receivers don't help him out. I can't touch this one so good luck

Who in the MAC still has something to play for? Or maybe I should ask, what are the scenarios for getting into the title game?

Skip,

If Temple beats Miami tomorow, as they should with Miami lacking Dysert,( Finally did my homework and he is out) the East is over and OU has nothing to play for Friday. Miami and Temple are still playing for bowl considerations.

The west is done with N Illinois dominating everybody in the conference. Toledo is still playing for bowl considerations.

Most probable scenario for the MAC championship game would be the Huskies facing OU

Thanks my friend - so my thinking is play Temple tonight, and if Miami OH pulls something out of their arse, jump on Ohio quick?

I'd be inclined to agree but Kent State's coach got whacked down and this will be his last game. Sometimes the kids will really bust their ass to get that last win for their coach. Otherwise, they are tough against the run but the offense is a joke. Their QB play is laughable. OU is a much, much better team, especially with Bates getting healthier.

Like this one a lot, BGFalcon. Panthers have been getting it done this year to earn the automatic bid from the Missouri Valley conference, but its been a down year overall for the conference as a whole, IMO.
The UNI dome is a tough place to play and I expect UNI to move on, but almost 3 TDs seems too high here to me.
