I have always loved that rule......and by the way....you can do that in the NFL kegray, but it has to be a drop kick and can't be done off a kick-off. Doug Flutie did it for Buffalo.

I know the NFL has a few rules that never get utilized like the fair catch free kick and drop kick but fielding a kickoff and punting it back is just comical.
