I think BC may have the edge here. First, they've been off since June 29 while Toronto played July 3. In the heat of summer, an extra 4 days can be huge. Even though both teams are 0-2, they do have one common opponent: Montreal. Toronto lost to Montreal 28-12 at home while getting outgained 390-240 and giving up 183 rush yards. BC lost 27-20 in Montreal. They were outgained in that game 454 to 324. I don't have stats on BC's other game but Toronto was horrible in their other game, losing 39-15 while getting outgained 465 to 128.

Not to sound like sour grapes, but I took a look at the box of this game. BC gained over 500 yards, Tor didn't even get 300. 200 yards of penalties for BC was the killer. Toronto should be downgraded for this effort.
