Teaser:

Montreal -6.5 and Toronto pick (3 units)

Montreal will have field day vs Hamilton. Without Osbaliston Hamilton will have to rely on the pass... This one could get ugly like Montreal by 20 pts....

Toronto will make the playoff with a win. Ali will be there, large crowd, expect Argos players to be pump up for this one...

10-9 Winnipeg... lower scoring then I thought... but a close 1st half gives us a great 2nd half opportunity..

Winnipeg -3.5 for 5.5 to win 5 units...

Winnipeg has always gotten stronger as the game goes on... they are a 2nd half team....

Recap...

4-1 +11.7 units! :spotting:

Winnipeg pulled away in the 2nd and Calgary couldn't keep up.... the one loss is unofficial but I'm counting it as a loss as I don't think Winnipeg managed 309.5 passing yards.... they did manage a 52 yarder in the 4th but don't think that was enough to push them over...

YTD
59-60 -1.05.... (almost out of the gutter)

Thanks Frogy...

BC @ SASK -3 O/U 50
Gonna be COLD.... and possibly snowing.... they had snow yesterday.... Sask needs just 1 pt to clinch a playoff spot... and this is their last home game of the year... they haven't played great on the road and their final 2 games are in Edmonton and then in BC.. so they know they have to get it done today.... Plus last game of the year for the fans... Sask won't host a playoff game this year, so another reason to step it up a bit.... On the otherside though BC is on a tear! I believe winning 8 out of their last 9 games.... but I think the weather will play a factor and hurt BC more than Sask... Especially in the kicking game... McCallum usually has the Regina Wind all figured out while other kickers struggle.... for BC they have Kellet who can't even kick it straight inside a Windless DOME!!

I'm thinking this will be a low scoring game.... both teams will be trying to pound the ball on the ground... Sask with the best rushing Offence in the league..... and then Sask with the best passing D in the league meaning BC should try run the ball more... Plus they always seem to have success with Millington running the ball in Regina... He's usually the Rider Killer...

The one worry about the Under here though is that the Points for and Against could mean something here.... With Sask 2 pts behind BC for 3rd and 2 of their remaining 3 games are against BC they may end up tied in standings and it will be decided by pts F and A.... so if its late in the game and one team is up they may still try go for the TD or kick that extra FG instead of running out t he clock...

So due to the weather and this a must win Situation for Sask I will go with Sask and the under...

Sask -3 3.3 to win 3.0

Under 50 3.3 to win 3.0

Props

Someone just hit the Over 249.5 passing for BC and moved the line to -135.... however I like the Under... As mentioned earlier I think this will be a battle of the running games.. Sask gives up an avg of 210 passing per game and 109 on the ground...

BC Under 249.5 passing +105 3.0 to win 3.15

Which leads into the 2nd prop of Millington Over 69.5 yards rushing... This number seems high at first.... hes only averging 46 yards per game and has only gone over this # 1 all year with 76 yards.... However.... this ties in with BC running the ball and Millingtons success in Regina..

Millington Over 69.5 rushing yards +100 2.0 to win 2.0

Geroy Simon Under 54.5 recieving yards... he is averaging 50.6 yards per game... but take away his two 100+ yard games and he is only averaging 38.1 per game over the other 10 games.... He's gone under this # 8 times and only over 4 times...

G Simon Under 54.5 recieving yards -115 2.3 to win 2.0

Team to have Longest FG Sask -160
Worth the juice in my opinion.... Mcallum knows how to kick in Regina and Kellet has struggled most of the season.....

Longest FG Sask -160 3.2 to win 2.0

Ouch.... that game hurt..... Pretty much had it called correct yet ended up losing by a hair.....

The under came thru no prob.... but a TD by the lions with no time on the clock cost a 6.3 unit swing as the Riders only won by 2..... Then with the props... Longest FG came thru no prob and early with a 54 yarder by Mcallum.... but BC passing went way over.... all those dump passes kept working....(which helped cost the Millington prop to lose) and then Geroy Simon comes up with his best game of the year.... over 150 yards..... and I believe Millington came 5 yards short on rushing....

2-4 - 5.6 yards....

YTD 62-63 -2.35.... :(

rebound tomorrow..

Hamilton @ Montreal -12 O/U 53.5

Hamilton has yet to win a game on the road.... and Montreal has yet to lose at home.... these two have split games so far each winning at home in close games.... last one decided in OT... both also going Over the totals...

Hamilton with 2 rookie kickers today.... will probably still rely on 3 down football most of the time....

Should be another high scoring game with Montreal coming out the victor...

Still have Montreal -6.5 on back end of teaser pending for 3 units...

Will add another teaser the other way for a possible middle..
Hamilton +18.5 and Toronto pk... 3.3 to win 3.0

Parlay: Montreal ML -500 and Over 53.5 3.0 to win 3.87

Props:

Hamilton Over 20.5 pts -115 2.3 to win 2.0
with all the passing and possible TD's instead of FG's due to no kicker I like this in what should be a high scoring game....
3 TDs and its over...

Montreal over 292.5 passing yards -120 1.2 to win 1.0

They put up over 300+ yards in both games against Hamilton so far... but if they get up early may run the ball more than pass... so only a 1 unit play...

Hamilton Over 249.5 passing -115 5.75 to win 5.0 :firing:
Hamilton has no true kickers and should pass more often on 3rd down then kicking the ball.... plus should be playing from behind most of the game and forced to pass.... plus still tearing it up lately thru the air.... Past 5 games: 331, 152, 359, 344, 403 yards per game.... and the 403 came against Montreal..... other game against Montreal they only managed 206... but they should be pass heavy today... Montreal gives up on avg 250 passing yards per game.... So i'm not sure why this # is so low today.....

Nothing looks worth playin in the Toronto game..... just think Toronto wins SU with the huge crowd etc...

Did anyone happen to watch the game? I couldn't.... just checking if anyone knows roughly how many passing yards each team had....

Hamilton some how upset Montreal..... I knew by getting greedy and throwing the Montreal ML with the over would bite me in the A$$! I never learn...

anyways... CFL's website and TSN, is very slow in getting the boxscores up.... so I have no idea how many yards each team had.. CFL still doesn't have yesterdays game up???

strange..

Wow.... Hamilton beat Montreal on the ground.... not thru the air.... 188 rushing yards... only 185 passing yards..... and Montreal went over the total though for a small win...

Recap:
3-3 -6.05 units....

YTD
65-66 -8.04 units....

What a week.... climbed out of the hole and then fell back in....
2 more weeks + playoffs to climb back out...
