keeping in mind, we're only 1/4 of the way through the first round, but we still haven't see a single close game right down to the wire. really crappy tourney so far. especially for anybody betting the dogs. like smitty. :)

Eventhough Drexel got smacked in the NIT I still think they would have done something possibly.....their performance in the NIT was clearly a letdown performance from not making it...atleast IMO. They were a solid team this year..especially on the road!

unfortunately the selection committee can't predict how well a team will perform on any given day and neither can anyone else. if we could, we would all be rich. hindsight is 20-20.

What is funny is Oral was up 28-22 towards end of 1st half.

Texas Tech actually had a 58-54 with about 11 minutes left.

Davidson was up 8 on Maryland and only down 3 with 3 minutes left.

Penn was up 2 with about 12 minutes left.

Even Belmont had a very early 7 point lead before getting bushwacked.

Old Dom had 27-24 lead in 2nd half.

Stanford and Ga Washington were never even close. You would have expected at least a couple of those dogs to cover. Only good thing is it's early in the week and still plenty of time to come back. I doubt the Dogs just start sweeping the board, but I expect them to make a comeback ...hopefully in the early games.:00hour
