Group A

Man U and Bayern Munich have already clinched qualification to the next round but they still have something to play for because the winner of the group avoids the other group winners, including Real Madrid, in the quarterfinals. They are tied right now. Man U has to assume a Munich win at home against Nantes but they would still get first place on goal differrential with a win at Boavista. Man U is missing Keane, Van Nistelrooy and Veron.

Man U/Boavista Under 2.5 +100 - Medium play for 2 reasons: the missing offense from Man U's starting lineup and also under has been the norm for the Champions League this season. Of the 40 games played in the 2nd round so far, only 16 have more than 2.5 goals scored. Of the 5 games they have played, Man U has gone over 2.5 goals only twice and Boavista once. BTW, out of 96 games in round 1, 46 went over 2.5 goals (48%)

B Munich -1 -167 - Medium play. Although unlikely, relegation is still an issue for Nantes in their domestic league and they will be resting a bunch of key regulars.

Group B

The situation is very complicated here as only 3 points separates first place Roma and last place Liverpool. Liverpool qualify with a win and a non-draw in the Galatasaray/Barca game or by simply winning by 2 goals or more. All others guarantee qualification with a simple win for themselves. The Galatasaray/Barca game is interesting because if they tie, both could be out if Liverpool wins by 2 or more. If they tie and Liverpool wins by 1 then Barca and Roma go thorough and Galatasaray and Liverpool are out. Galatasaray's situation is simple: a win and they are in, a loss and they are out.

Galatasaray/Barcalona Over 2.5 +105 - Medium play. As mentioned above, a tie could mean that both these teams are out so both are going for the win and will field attacking lineups.
Rivaldo is out for Barca, otherwise I would press this play a little more. Barca is also missing Philip Cocu; Galatasaray have no major injuries and are well rested after having their domestic game postponed last week (because their players were bruised up from a bizarre fight after their CL game against Roma)

Liverpool/Roma - Roma is happy with a tie since that would be enough to qualify them but Liverpool needs only a win and will play to avoid a tie. Micheal Owen is out for Liverpool. No opinion here.
