Does anybody see any concievable way that this match will not go under 2 1/2? The way these two play in the tournements, I would think a scoreless draw is about a 50/50 proposition. Even at -180 the under appears too good to be true, this has to be a steal. What am I missing? This looks like a repeat of the finals 2 years ago, 2 counter attacking teams waiting for the other to make a mistake.

If this doesn't end in a scoreless draw decided by penelty kicks, I'll be shocked.

flapjack, you should take a look at 5dimes, they have a prop up, o/u goals at 1/2. the under is +513. pretty good odds considering a scoreless draw is a strong possibility. i thought it was funny that they have under 4.5 at -1400, who could seriously bet any amount on over 4.5 goals in the championship. good luck! :)

Thanks for pointing that out Hoops. Went back and checked with my book and he's got a scoreless draw @ +625. Its a long shot still, but worth a few bucks.

Also really like Milan -185 to win the Cup. They're the better team and even if it draws, I gotta like the expereince on Milan's side if it gets to penalty kicks, the expereince, the fact they won the Cup 2 years ago same way and Dida in goal = big Milan advantage.

Just a heads-up when betting 0-0. If your book has a 1st goalscorer market, then the 'no goal scorer' is usually the same odds. However many tiimes a game ends 1-0 due to an 'own goal'. Backers of 0-0 lose but backers of 'no 1st goal scorer' are still winners. Personally, I have been suckered into under 2.5....and lost.....so often that I never go bigger than -150 anymore. Saying that, I will put a small bet on 'no 1st goalscorer' +600 (or better) come game time because I will be kicking myself if it came in and I had nothing on it.

Looks like someone here has to play the over...I'll bite...not sold on the 'pool defence v Shev and crew, and Milan's defence is stellar at the San Siro but maybe not as good at a neutral/away venue...am going to seek the best price...

Flapjack....just a heads up that Pinnacle has Milan at -158 to win the Cup instead of -185.

I like the fact the line has dropped from -177 to
-158.

FORZA MILAN!!!

I feel like I just got punched in the gut.

Not that it matters in regard to the over/under but despite what that f'ing Tommy Smyth blathers about on ESPN that was a bs call on Gattuso - esp in a game like that, especially in the box, not to mention, since when did they change the rules to allow goalies to roam off the line on penalty kicks? Wish they would have mentioned this "new rule" to Dida - he may not have let a single goal in if he was allowed to play the way Dudek defended on the second penalty kick.
