High Rent district, my daughter lives down there, real estate is crazy down there. Move 40-60 miles north, same weather, cheaper real estate:shrug:

Summerville is exploding .... Charleston has grown 36% in 15 years:scared
found good homes for reasonable prices also in Johns Island that is still affordable :shrug:

We stayed at the Wentworth where Circa 1886 is located and had dinner there one night. It was a great meal. Charleston is beautiful, very walkable, great bats and restaurants.
