I ordered this patio set back in late August. I assembled the damn thing and put it out for use. One of the chairs was fucked up so I called Sams Club and asked that they send me a replacement. No problem, right?
Yesterday I was delivered a brand new complete set. Total charges for this set including shipping was $1173.00.
So, being concerned that I was going to be charged for a whole new set, I just called them and explained how everything went down and I only need one chair. I was told that they don't replace one chair, they replace the whole set. So, I asked what I was supposed to do because I certainly don't want to be charged for another set and I don't want to disassemble the broken chair and send it all back. What do I do?
She said you are not going to be charged and you are under no further obligation. I get to keep both sets? Yep!
