Game will go up by gametime for sure.

I got the Bears at -10 (-120) but may try and middle later. A rookie QB with that offensive line and a popgun for an arm may give up 20+ on his own.

Thanks for the writeup

not knocking your reasoning, but ariz has no running game and fitzgerald is out. leinhart will struggle here. only hope is that rex plays poor....jmo, gl.

lack of effort is a factor. i have personally taken a few beatings in the nfl the last 2 weeks backing some dogs that were questionable (not the raiders) ...... my faith in bad teams is terribly shaken. packers (terrible), ravens (steve mcnair overrated as always), cowboys (too conservative and another suspect qb) were my most recent.:sadwave:

gl, with your play. the dd dogs have to cover at some point.

Fitzgerald being out hurts them a lot, but this kid they are putting in for them is no slouch, but definately no Fitzgerald. There running game is pretty sad and i think playing against Leinart will pump up the Chicago D a lot. 28-13 Bears cover

So. Cal
chicago's d-line will abuse that cardinal o-line and force lienhart into quick and bad decisions....look for 2+ turnovers (maybe even one to the house) by the bears defense......

i dont see the bears letting up emtionally, esp with a bye week next week AND being on monday night football for the first time in a while......laying a big number on the road is never fun, but unless grossman implodes and arizona is perfect i dont see the cards staying within 14.......31-10 chicago.

Monday nite fottball

Is'nt it true that most of the time picking the winner on the field and you've picked the spread winner as well? I know someone has the stats on that and if you could post it could help

Chicago
FYI

as far as giving up on anything

Bears D was pissed as hell they lost the shutout last week at the end of the game (basically due to a questionable call). This team's D is having fun stomping on it's opponents. Grossman still launching down field when they were up quite a bit. A kicker that hasn't missed yet (16/16??). Two decent running backs vying for playing time.

Monday nite

Monday nite

Pug, I was referring specifically to Monday nites. If I remember correctly, it was something like 87% of the time pick the winner straight up and the ATS is a non factor. Last year I believe the spread came into effect 1 time on Monday nite. That said, does AZ have a chance to win that game? I do know historically, the Cardinals play the Bears VERY tough

I agree with PUG..

I agree with PUG..

I think this game will be the upset of the week...

If anything the Bears will not cover...

Even with Larry out...

old member -back on this board!

Good Luck Pug, over ten points to the home dog On MNF is almost insane.(hello senor!)
that being said we are talking about the AZ CARDS.

in a similar situation Cards did not fare well last year when BOLDIN was out ( I believe they lost every game)and fitzgerald is Cards speed rcvr who stretches defense.(backup bryant is nt bad though
Az also lost a starting Og (M BRown). THAT DOESNT BODE FOR LEINHART against the CHI def
I also dont think Chicago feels that they have gotten thier due in regards to how good they have truly looked so far this year.
Chicago will be focused because its MNF.

"the bunker"
sat down to take a dump last week at kickoff time of az/k.c.......

by the time i finished,it was 14 zip arizona(o.k..it was a pretty impressive b.m.) .....

from that point on,their offense did little to nothing....

i actually thought that buffalo...playing very competitively up to that point, might be able to hang inside the number last week vs the bears... ....being that the bears were coming off a big night/primetime shellacking of a solid seattle team....

a letdown was certainly a distinct possibility...

i was wrong.......buffalo was through after the first quarter....

this bear team has a certain feel to it...a scary feel...

maybe this will be the week they slack off..but,it`s another nationally televised game....and the bears seem to revel in the limelight...

i wouldn`t take the rubber band off when betting against the bears.....

everything is clicking...off..def..kicking game....

and zona`s struggling.....inertia at work here,imo...

0 points for the Cardinals on drives started inside their 40 and they held the lead most of the game. Chiefs never put the Cardinals in a position where they needed to move the ball until the end of the game.

Won't be the case Monday, IMHO
