Where it is real F ing COLD
I see posts all around supporting the Chiefs. So I have to see what I’m missing. The Eagles have no weakness at all. They have lock down corners, a great defensive front, a great offensive line, above average running game a mobile QB with excellent receivers.
the Chiefs have Mahomes and Kelce along with journey men players at the skilled positions along with a rookie starting at QB. Defensively they love to apply pressure but are very leaky in the back end of their defense. The Chiefs have that Mahomes factor and probably intangible but on paper to me this is a 10 point Eagles win because they are a matchup nightmare on both sides of the ball..

what am I missing?

That's the advantage they were able to exploit with the salary cap. Hurts 1.5 million, Mahomes 31 million, still a great deal for Mahomes as he is magnificent. Iggles have only 3 players making from 10-17 million , so they invested nicely as you stated. If Jalen is up for the moment and can go all out on the run game than they will be fine. He can throw for 220 and they can run the rest of the game and keep Mahomes cooling down on the sidelines. Should be a great game, but your points are all relevant and Andy Reid is remarkable coach. Sirianni has been fearless, but he has o and d coordinators making the calls, so I'm not worried here. Wouldn't bet my life on the Eagles against this KC team, but I would be willimg to bet a couple of other individuals ' lives that annoyed me in various ways...:0corn

Eagles had 2nd easiest schedule 2022 and Chiefs had the most difficult. Do not know how important this will be but some think it's significant but Chiefs have been here and done that and I do believe that's important.

Chiefs end of year scheduel final 8 games dropped them to 12th rank and both teams played same bottom dwellers but eagles fared better

Im just going on matchups.
The Chiefs don’t have a receiver who can beat the Eagles corners down the field but then again.. what the hell do I know? I absolutely hate the Eagles so I will be pulling for the Chiefs.. well my numbers on the squares anyways.

I don't think you're missing anything! There is no way KC stops Hurts and the weapons he has. Best OL in the game will set the running game up and open up the passing game. High scoring game. Brown gets MVP. 38-28 PHI wins
