I've been following this line at a few books over the last week and can't figure out why it is dropping so much, most notably at 5dimes. All I've been hearing this week is the big sharp play of this first round of group play is on Chile and how they breezed through qualifying with a much harder schedule while Honduras struggled with a weaker one.
ML opened at -186 at 5dimes, now down to -146.

I already have a large play (relative to my other WC plays) and am tempted to put more on Chile at this reduced price.
Can anyone give me a reason why I shouldn't?
Why the hell is this line dropping? Is there anybody who is taking Honduras out there?

Better yet, lets put it to a poll. Who ya got?

Chipwich likes Chile ML, huh?

ML moved back up a little bit now to -152.

"Chile's top striker Humberto Suazo will be on the bench for Wednesday's Group H opener against Honduras."

Chile's 3-3-1-3 is an all out attacking formation which is great to watch, but isn't the best set up in a World Cup. However, their striker is everything to the team from what I've heard. However, they buried teams with less talent throughout qualifying.

I've already got enough on Chile advancing and today seems like a nice day to take off.

Chile looks pretty good so far on the attack. Its nice to see a team not playing for a draw all game.

Well, Chile handled Honduras. I ended up adding a bunch more to the ML, but I thought they would win more comfortably, like 2-0 instead of 1-0. Anyway, I felt that this was the easiest game going in to the first round of group games. I hope some others profited as well.
