Gentleman,

Having played golf since a kid, I was one to always light a stogie on the course, not really knowing the ends and outs of Cigars 101. But recently, living in Tampa I have come accustomed to a little Cuban dive in Ybor City that is a cigar bar, wine bar, and seating area to enjoy a game of dominoes or socialize about you golf game that day.

To the point, like wine, I have come to really enjoy a nice Cigar and wanted to get your feedback on what you've smoked, would recommend adding to my humidor, as well as describe the differential characteristics of your favorite.

Look forward to any and all replies on the matter.

Thanks for your input.

Bryan

I'll start while I'm at it.

The cigar that really got me into the whole scene was the Fuente Anejo.

The Anejo provides a full-bodied experience that offers a powerful, well balanced and harmonized smoking experience, packed full of flavor.

While this is a higher end cigar, it opened my eyes to the differences the rolling paper, tobbacco, and way you smoke a cigar can change its taste, for instance cool smoke vs. hot smoke, using a butane lighter, allowing a 1/4 inch ash, etc...

A lot to learn hope you guys will share.

This cigar commemorates the exodus of expert Cuban cigar families and their impact on the cigar industry after the nationalization of all tobacco farms and cigar factories by the Cuban government in 1959.
