Cisco World Ladies Match Play

The first thing to note is this is a matchplay event between LPGA and Japanese LPGA players - these are seeded on both sides from 1-16 and no1 plays no 16 and so on - much the same as WGC with world rankings.
The tournament is being played in Japan and whilst I would not usually play in such an event I feel one book has got things wrong.
Place odd vary - Stan James go 1/3 1,2 , Ladbrokes 1/2 1,2 whilst Centrebet go 1/4 1,2,3,4.
Therefore at Centrebet your player "only" needs to win 4 matches to get through to the semis and hence a win on the place part - and there are 2 players that stand out as overpriced in the bottom half of the draw away from DC Sorenstam - Koch 33/1 (16 Lads) and the no 1 Japanese player Fudoh 125/1 (33 Lads)!

Fudoh and Koch both through to round 2.

Fudoh and Koch both won - and my calculations at the beginning were slightly crap - they actually only need to win one more match for the place part - time to hedge a bit methinks.

Thought I'd just say hello to stop you being lonely! Centrebet really messed up here...shame that you were probably the only one to take advantage!

Left Koch alone as I was worried about how she would fare in the later rounds (three months pregnant I believe), but do have a little on Fudoh win only...tough test tonight against Grace, but if she gets ahead early, who knows.

Had to hedge at the 3rd round stage by backing Redman 7/1 and Park 13/2 to guarantee a place in the final - Koch got the e/w money up and Park won the final - a nice profit but could have been SO much better.

Last week I had Grace at 66/1 and she started the final round in 2nd place but shot an 82.... needless to say I left her alone this week
