Yep the bulls line looked to good to be true. You would have to be an idiot not to bet the rockets. Guess what this is how gambling makes their money and stays in business. The rockets have been payed off! only 24 points with 3 min left in the second half. This is a horrible bulls team and they are totally outmanned. I can put my varisity basketball team against the bulls and they could easily score this many points. The rocket players are a lot richer and we are a poorer. SOrry to those on the rockets this is a classic fix job

whatever.....the rockets suck and have lost 6 in a row coming into tonight.....plus are on the heels of travelling in from NY last night......i bet on the bulls.....game is not over yet, but Rockets absolutely suck.....they have a CBA point guard (Moochie Norris), power forward (Kenny Thomas), and center (Kelvin Cato) all STARTING!!!!! The other two starters are Rice, who is not shooting well at all this year, and Mobley, who is a step slower than normal because of his ankles. Thus, his game, which is his first step, is nullified. The Rockets absolutely suck and do as much as the bulls. They have made horrible horrible contract decisions with Cato and M. Norris in which the sanity of Carroll Dawson and Rudy T. should be examined. This team is worse than the Bulls without Francis and should not be laying any points against the Bulls. I have the Bulls ML and am glad of it. Rockets may come back and win, but it would take a minor miracle. They suck.

I think it is just the Rockets feeling the effects of having their franchise player out. Also, the Bulls have been playing much better outside of that terrible Jersey game. This looks like a case of the books putting out a smart line, getting one-sided action and then cleaning up.

One rule I have is that if I just glance at the lines without handicapping first and a line or two jumps out at me, I NEVER play those games. Books are not in the business of giving away free money.

Betting the bulls on the moneyline at 2-13. I always said I would take luck over brains. The sportsbooks win because they have inside info like the rockets tanking this game. Anybody taking the bulls are just lucky they are on the right side of the fix. I had a college roomate who was good friend with a former college and now NBA player. He played high school ball with him and he used to point shave while he was in college and I made a lot of money off of it. I am not going to mention his name but he used to point shave and is a well known NBA player. So do not try to tell me some of the games are not fixed!

who is tanking it on the rockets? they have ZERO good players....they are horrid....you can say whatever you want about a friend of a friend or whatever but it was not a luck play to take the bulls ML this game.....it was a solid play.....getting +155 against the Rockets on the road on a back to back is as solid play as it gets the way this team has looked.....case closed......

mercer is better than anyone on the Rockets......as i said, Mobley doesn't have his first step and Rice is a shadow of his former self....the rest of their team are CBA caliber players....they are a joke....you handicap the game looking at BOTH teams....not just the one....

Freeze- Definitely agree with you here...although I wasn't smart enough to play Chicago...problems with Floyd and the team made me hesistant..but just look at the rosters without Francis and it basically even. Rice is a shadow of his former self, Thomas has no business as a starting NBA power forward..backup material..Cato is just there...Mobley is good, but as you noted, currently hobbled by his ankles..Norris is backup material at best..Williams and Willis are solid off the bench...match them with Chicago...Oakley is still decent..Mercer is ok and can have flashes of brilliance... Miller has done a good enough job at center this season..Hassell shouldn't be a starter but is holding his own as a rookie..Anthony should not be starting but as least has experience running a team..Hoiber and Fizer are nothing special off the bench. Both teams are poor with the current players..no way did anyone expect a 28pt Chicago win, but the Bulls beating this team without Francis is not much of a surprise at all.

"You would have to be an idiot not to bet the rockets."

I bet on the Bulls...guess I'm an idiot.

Seriously though, i've gotten to the point where my only plays in the NBA are on anti public teams. I looked through the this forum tonight and a few other places and noticed that about 90% of the plays on this game were on the Rockets...so I played the Bulls. I've been hitting a good percentage for the past couple weeks doing that.

Hoya and a richer idiot at that. I guess that means us other 90 % our suckers. I would still be willing to bet you the rockets players made some good money off this game
