There’s almost always a better # if you’ve got the patience to wait it out. If I pass on it pregame and never get the spot I want, it’s a pass. Not often but occasionally I’ll play a worse number than pregame, every spot is unique.
Just last night, Marquette was catching 9.5, Mich St was +4.5 - 5.5, Tennessee +8.5, among others, unless you hunt for these live spots, those numbers sound nuts right? I promise you they were all there and I could probably tell you the score / or at least point differential in every case. MSU was down 9 mid first half, the marquette number was at the half (think they were down 10?) and the Vols 11-12 min left H2 I wanna say they trailed by 10. Sirius XM to listen after I bet, and an iPhone on 3 books shopping lines, amidst a 2 hour drive with a friend. They all front run ‘live’ tv anyway, watching a game actually inhibits my risk tolerance… something about watching an 11-0 run vs just seeing numbers might make you shy away from the other team.
Hawks - my bad there, think that was Atl Hawks +1.5 to whomever asked. And another terrible bet on a team I’ve grown to hate lately. Think the Aussie Open was happening at the time and I was just a little short on sleep. And as a new NHL occasional bettor, even I know not to take THOSE hawks lol
ADDING : reading more of it all, I had to have been deliriously on the brink of passing out, I don’t even know wtf I meant about the Black hawks? Looking at scores they didn’t even play. Not in good taste
