Should both cover. NCState is not proven. I will jump on them only if they ebat NCState tonight. Other than that, Clemson is a great pick for tonight.
Colorado State should dominate the game and control this game from the beginning 'til finish. BYU is definitely weak this year.
I am also leaning towards Over on Clemson and NCState
and going under on CSU and BYU.
