What's everybody's take on this? I've been somewhat impressed w/Clot. I saw him for the 1st time v/Guiterrez and then Margo and Chico. He's not a world beater but he's very solid and well schooled. I like the tight defense and combination punching. I made a bundle when he fought Chico. The line is about where I thought it would be @-340. Alvarez appears to be the typical tough hispanic but a little limited. I see a difference in class...not much but enough to get the clear nod. I think Clot by 116-112 variety in a somewhat competive fight.

Just saw the line @-335 and I took it to win 1/2k.

Good luck. Think I am going to go down there; meet up with Punchy also. I did'nt bet YET as -350 is too pricey for me.

my man is on alvarez.
He believes that clottey has stamina problems and fates late in afight workrate drops.
My man is on a roll he recommended Mayweather big and Mayweather inside average and he even predicted the round. He saved me a lot of money by convincing me not to bet Hatton.
He is not big on this bet but he is very good with underdogs.
i would never bet a 300 dog against the guy.
He also recommends the under in the antillon fight at -125

I am afraid I bet on Alvarez, Romi. I just think the odds at +320 on a quick southpaw are too good to pass up.

I also put a hefty parlay on Hide/Antillion.

Good Luck.

Good luck Romi- got to go with your gut. If I was forced to pick I'd probably go Clottey. Alvarez has blown hot and cold. I was hoping for more props.

clottey had his way....one blind judge had it 115-113......that`s insane because alvarez would have needed a ballpeen hammer to hurt clottey.....

i didn`t remember alvarez being such a weak puncher....but his punches had absolutely no snap....

lots of solid clottey body work and straight right hands.... he had alvarez on the backfoot all night....

imo,it wasn`t close at all....

congrats...now,lets get antillon in tomorrow...

Thx and congrats if you made the bet. I honestly would have bet more if the Greek had allowed. I was waiting for the odds to change and they didn't. It's a nice win on a quiet week and it pays for the Pav/Taylor ticket plus a room so I'll take it.

HAHAHA...Smoking is the key word. It's been 6 yrs since I've been to Vegas but those women are absolutely, unbelievably beautiful. I was w/the wife at the time so unfortunately I couldn't touch. That's old history so I'm looking forward to this trip!
