Somebody mentionned this in another thread...

Bodog has put up some nice Point Props.

Judah has always been a frontrunner, so I guess he will be competetive in the early rounds...and then fade late in the fight...

Clottey seems to be very big for a welterweight though, and maybe making weight will take something out of him and he will slow down too....

I dont know too much about Clottey, so I would like some feedback on him.

Is he a rather slow starter...he certainly got off to a pretty good start against Margarito...

Anyways, I think I'm going to take my chances with some props (among others)

Zab Judah points handicap (Lederman Card) +1.5pts after RD 3 1.49
Leader on Ledermans card after round 3 loses fight or draw 3.10

I mentioned these and you said you were thinking along the same lines. True, all depends if Clottey has been training and on weight. But we can be fairly certain Judah will start fast as always. Clottey is very agressive. If he goes after Zab it may be explosive.

Yep, on the downside a knockdown by Clottey in the first few rounds would be disastrous for these bets.

Maybe thats a hedge for me....

BTW, are you on these lines as well!?

Well, my Bodog acct is depleted so I haven't pulled the trig yet. I'll see what 5Dimes hangs up, but I like the thinking here.

Clottey has an excellent chin, is fast and precise, explosive, and resilient.
He doesn't have great boxing skills but his technique is very solid. His left is his weapon of choice.

On the downside, he ALWAYS INJURED HIS HANDS (both) in fights, as far as i can remember.

Thus the poor ratio KO.

I think though he can land on Judah solid, it's just a question of time. He might even produce an early night , as i consider Judah damaged goods.

Thanks weasel!

They processed a four-figure withdrawal to my moneybookers account quite recently...I dont really know how serious this is...what do you think.

Is there any other source in the internet!?

I actually made a withdrawal yesterday...and deposited somey money today after everything played out nicely...stupid move, but anyways....I think I'll take my chances with some risky props like Clottey SplitDecision +900, Lederman scores fight a draw +1250....

I'm still trying to get some decent odds on a draw @betfair....

There's certainly some love for Zab, the Man is on him too...but I cant bring myself to bet him straight...maybe on points, but even that seems a bit far fetched...

the weigh in results are:

judah 143

clottey 147

it's odd to see a guy 4 lbs below the limit and with clottey reputed to be a massive weight cutter, i can't help but see him wearing the mentally fragile judah down.

I dont know what to make out of that.

Surely, Zab is in top shape, I guess thats a good sign for all the Zab backers...maybe I will actually join you....

But, I'm sure that he will add some weight until fight night, so why did he drain himself....

Did he "drain" himself? He may just be super fit and his weight shows this.

ok, "drained" is a strong word, but I expect him to be over 143 lbs. come fight night, so why did he make the effort to get down to 143 lbs if he could have weighed in at 145 or whatever....well and if 143 lbs is close to his weight on fight night, Clottey will probably enjoy about 20 lbs. weight advantage....

We all remember how good it turned out for fighters coming in way UNDER the limit, namely Karmazin and Vivian Harris.

I don't know of course, but it doesn't make sense, to me anyway, he actually tried to get to 143 lbs. Seems it just may have played out that way. He can comfortably put on a few more lbs. Clottey has fought as high as 154 lbs. I think they each put on 3-6 lbs. The reduced weight can be good for Judah as he can keep flying around the ring. Zab can win if his head is screwed on right tonite. Big if.

I think Clottey was as heavey as 170 lbs against Corrales!

Yes, pretty iffy....

And no, I dont think Judah is as drained and flat as Karmazin or harris...well, we'll see...
