Not all of these are playing today, and I'm sure this will get lost in the massive amount of traffic I expect here today, but...
FWIW, in the first two rounds I have 3 faves : Kent, UCLA, NCSU. I like seeing Volfan on Kent. And, I have a small play on Maryland, for the local boys. No play on any other of the 1 v. 16 match-ups. So that's 29 sides played in two days.
For moneylines, I have Valpo +300 (I really thought it was going to be more like +220 or so) and Pepp +170 (and have them both on sides).
Also grabbed Hawaii +120 and with the 2 points. So 3 more ML's with the 29 sides.
I also took SJU/Wisconsin Under 126.5. SO 1 total to go with the 29 sides, and 3 ML's
Those are a few you are welcome to comment on.
tourney notes and strategy:
Come tournament time, I like cutting my normal wager by about a fourth and playing almost the enitre board. Don't really make or lose much that way (even if you go 19-13, you're about 1 normal bet to the good), but I just like being in the action, so there it is.
If you're like me and like playing the board, don't cripple your roll because there's no way you have time to seriously cap 32 games in two days. So I recommend cutting it back a little if you like playing the board. Of course, if you're like some of the cats I know, you don't have enough money to play all 32 games for your normal wager.
