I have bank account for "foreign business"aka paypal, amazon, ebay, sportsbooks, cryptos etc and i fund it when necessary. Then i have visa debit-card for this account (no credit card) and sportsbooks that accept visa credit card also accepts this debit card. Same as paying through paypal, instant payment and no expenses.
Works both ways: withdraws usually next day, often right away. Can be used with Kraken and other crypto exchanges that accept fiat.
You go to your bank and ask visa debit card connected to your bank account.
I think this is the safest way to make payments through internet. Your bank account is out of reach if somebody gets your visa debit card info. Some services ask confirmation before each transaction, some you can make automatic like paypal.
