A pretty discouraging second week of college action this past weekend as I dropped both of my top rated plays on TX and TX Tech. The smaller plays kept things positive as I did well with those. I am NOT expecting at all to keep losing my big plays, so looking to bounce back this weekend in a big way!

YTD: 13-12-1 -7.20 units

5* CAL -5.5

*Thursday night matchup here on ESPN. I feel just too much offensive power here for Cal not to cover this small number. S.Miss coming off a big win, but their offensive showing wasn't impressive and Cal WILL score on their defensive. Surprisingly Cal's rushing attack has been very impressive the first two games to go along with the obvious dangerous passing attack.*

5* Washington St. -24

*Back on the road is Wazu facing an Idaho team that has been very vulnerable to the pass their first two games giving up almost 10yds an attempt. Not good news when your facing a pass happy offense like Wash St. has. The first two games for this team have been tight and close, but this one I feel is going to have the Cougs well in front the whole game. Throw in alittle frustration from the loss last week and I think we have ourselves a blowout here!*

4* Louisville -17
3* Ohio St. -3
3* Hawaii -2
3* Nebraska -4.5
3* Boise St. -27.5
3* USC -26
3* LSU +3 -130 (Upset special!)

GL!! Will possibly add some more plays later....

??

How is Auburn getting beat by the Co National Champions of LSU an UPSET? Especially after whipping Mississippi St.'s ass last year to get schooled by LSU the next game?

Just curious.

And don't take me wrong... just wanted some insight.

Because they are Underdogs in the game. They are "picked" to lose the game by the oddsmakers. To me, a team getting any points in the underdog role is considered the upset if they win. Obviously the public loves Auburn as well as Lsu was the favorite on the opening line and has moved to them being the dog. You make a good point on what you said, but I mainly go by what the line is on the game instead of stats and who has the better QB, etc. GL!!

it will be a glorious day in baton rouge if the defending national champion lsu tigers find a way to raise up and somehow......someway.....defy all odds and shock the world by going into auburn with just a slingshot and a pebble and finding a way to walk out with a victory.

We'll probably have to wait on this one regardless...looks like it'll get rescheduled for Nov.6th Auburn classes have already gotten cancelled for the entire week....At that time my opinion on the game will probably be different. You never know what happens between now and then. GL!

Best of luck -- looks like we had a few in common get cancelled, as Cal, LSU and Louisville were all leans of mine. Good write up on Wazzou St, I'm going to give them another look.

Due to the cancellations here's a revised list of the plays this week so far with some added small plays:

5* Washington St. -24
5* USC -26
3* NC State +1.5
3* Hawaii -2
3* Nebraska -4.5
3* Boise St. -27.5
3* LSU +3 -130
1* Vanderbilt +7
1* Texas A&M +1.5
1* Florida +3
1* Army +15.5
1* FLA INT +2.5
1* Louis Tech +31
1* UAB +24
1* Troy -9.5

*NOTE. One change I did make which I jumped the gun a little early on is taking NC St. instead of Ohio St. I looked into the game a little more and feel this is a very dangerous spot for the Buckeyes here. They've had 7 TO's in the two games they've played and barely escaped last week with a win. I really like coach Amato for NC St. and feel his team will be very prepared here and pull the upset.
I cancelled out Ohio St. and I'm on NC St. now!*

Adding the Friday night play:

1* Connecticut +8

*Really like the Huskies in this spot for a possible outright win. BC in their first two games have commited 21 penalties!! Very undisciplined to me and Penn St. had 5 TO's in their last game to help BC get that win. Both teams were basically identical in total yardage. Don't let the final score in Uconn's last game fool you...they dominated the game in yardage and time of possession. I'm thinking a little look ahead to this revenge match with BC might have been on their minds overlooking a bad Duke team, BUT they did show heart and pull out the win which was impressive. Probably won't need the points here, but take them and the Huskies!!*

just to let you know they haven't rescheduled the game yet....i just graduated from auburn and still have a lot of friends that go to school there....they said that it looks really good that they will go ahead and play the game this weekend.......as far as betting on the team that has the better QB, I don't know how you think lsu has better quarterbacks then auburn......campbell sucks but he is a hell of a lot better than randall and russell.....they kept oregon state in the game....we'll see on saturday who the better QB, and more importantly the better team..

GL with Auburn...I never said any comments on the QB's for the game. Where did you get that? Anyway, I just feel Lsu will step up in this first conference road game with their backs against the wall because it seems to me there are a TON of Auburn backers so far. I feel Lsu's game they will lose will be their next road test at Georgia..not here. Should be a hell of a game regardless.....

Adding:

1* Oregon +29

*I'll bite! Way too many points here. If Oregon doesn't come out and put up atleast a good fight after dominating last weeks game and getting beat I will be pretty surprised. Coach Bellotti should be respected and have his team prepared enough to cover that huge number.*
