Going with the following:
South Florida @ San Jose State - Public money has to be backing the Bulls with their QB being a dark horse Heisman candidate, but traveling across the country and winning by 3+ TD's is never easy, especially with a new head coach and new system in place. San Jose State isn't looking pretty either, but they should be pretty fired up early and if they can hang within 10 points by halftime, I think this will be closer than the large spread. Let's call it South Florida 38 San Jose State 24
San Jose State +21.5 for 7.5*
Rice vs Stanford - Sure Stanford could crush Rice, but they only beat them 41-17 last year at home. I think Stanford could rest some players if they grab a large lead with USC on deck next week, plus this really fits the look ahead game role as Stanford might not want to show too much of their playbook as well. Think we see another game similar to last year and Stanford wins 38-20 this time.
Rice +30.5 for 7*
