Biorhythms play of the week
Adam Scott has been way off, specifically with his putter (as has been widely reported and consumed), and his results have been poor for a while now - however, he now returns to the site of his last victory and I think the positive feelings and memories from last year will serve him well this week
On the other hand, Patrick Reed is going through a bit of a rough stretch off the course - he redirected his plans to play overseas this week after the death of his wife's cousin and was a late add at Colonial - in an interview Reed said all of the right things about his desire to play for the fallen family member:
?This week?s more personal than all the other weeks,? Reed said. ?With him gone, I?m playing for him and hopefully I can go out and really get it going and give him a couple of last cheers to hear.
?It?s a tough week for us, but we?re going to get through it. We?re going to play some more and hopefully go win for him.?
Sounds good in theory, but given the change of tournaments and the events surrounding this change it's hard for me to believe that Reed will be at his competitive best, especially early on in the tournament
for rd 1, playing:
Scott -130 vs Reed
And as always, good luck no matter which golfers you choose
