I was with them last year but I left. I must say their customer service is one of the worst in the industry. Whenever you give them a call for any reasons, they never expressed interest to assist. ( a few exception ) I suggest the owner to have their employees to learn from any large Coperations' call center and see how they speak to customers on the phone. If you wanted to success, customer service is the number 1 priority.

Not to mention that they won't even return an email if you have a problem with their service. Your right though they do nothing to want to make a customer stay with them and with hundreds of other books out there its not very smart on their part.
