Just hadda....

Did you watch what was going on in that, just finished, Peng/Woz match?? UGH enough to make ya :mj02:

Just terrible. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THEM PEOPLES??

Holding my own with this tourney, couldn't come up with another 900+ wiener vs. the Steam Roller who just ran over (flattened out) Makarova. Good thing I didn't think I found one.

While I'm here, I do have a play I really like left...

DeJoka/Nishikori: OVER 32 1/2 @-125. How cum?... day match, Joka is not 100% on his game, wind helps IF IT CONTINUES, and BESTEST OF ALL.... another World War II pilot on the scene??

Sorry bout the new thread, Kicker... how ya doing with the hosses? Big day again this Sat. at Philly, 12 races, full fields, etc. ;)

Say whaT?

Say whaT?

Hard to see that match when it hasn't even started yet:142smilie
HURRY UP and git your moola on WOZNIAKI, Kicker !

You need to thaw out your watch or your TVs up there only show re-runs. Still, I'm gonna check out my TV cause just maybe it's one of them "Twilight Zone" models that show the FUTURE... I sho hope so, if so, I'm gonna be one rich dude.

That Wozniaki/Peng match was over about a half hour BEFORE I wrote my post. :0

Lowell, That Chinese chick came out there ready to "Fight till the death". Absolutely ran her ass off for about 1 and 1/2 sets. It was hot and humid and she groaned with every shot she made, and I mean EVERY shot. Put her all into EVERY stinkin shot. About midway in the second set she started to go down with severe cramping (looked like both legs). She refued to leave the court and barely got up with some help.

They took her into the training room for evaluation and she comes back out within 10 minutes, LIMPING. She hit a couple of shots with all her might (which wasn't much at this point) and goes down again but this time she was "down for the count". AND STILL REFUSED TO LEAVE THE DANG COURT.

They just about had to drag her out of there. Something else. Wozniaki could barely hit the ball after watching her, everybody was shocked. Just crazy.

Here's a link. There's pictures on it.

Just in case you didn't fix your watch, Kicker... you still have time to get on the DeJoka/Nishikori match, that match DIDN'T START YET. :)

Good Luck with the remaining matches, Off The Wallers.

Appreciate the Kudos

Appreciate the Kudos

But you two know that going one for one is not a big deal. I did get a little worried after that 6 -1 set.

Now you know the specialy here is beating the Steam Roller, right? :mj07:

Couldn't find the one to accomplish that YET... but Woz is up on the board now at +380. I think the plays to consider right now are the OVER (specifically, the no. 20 @-125) or Woz. @ +380 (at Dimes place). Caroline is playing better than I ever saw her play before and that mad woman was out to tear Woz. to bits and pieces yesterday. Wozniaki was even tougher. SHE IS ON HER GAME just may out manuever the big STEAM ROLLER.

Watching FED. vs. Cilic.. no way I was able to figure this one out, hope one of you member's did.

You just may be sitting pretty, Kicker

You just may be sitting pretty, Kicker

HOLD ON TO THAT TICKET, it just may turn into a rubber band around a stack of greenbacks.

NICE call up to this point, just about everybody gave up on Wozniaki a long time ago.

Well, just saw the end of the Cilic/Fed match, WOW! Celic has been very good to me in the past but I couldn't go against Fed., especially having the opportunity that opened up for him in this torney that he just blew today. What's up next for Cilic? ... a peepee or blood test?

Hmm... let's see...

TT's (two teamers)
Nishikori (whatever his odds will be)
Woz. wins 2-1 @+788

AND

Nishikori
Woz wins 2-0 @ +710 (actually less than 2-1, HUH?)

Looking at the props and getting confused BIG TIME :dizzy:

Serena commits first double fault +100 (I can tellya from experience, these SUCKER bets can cash sometimes and I am gonna fall for this one fosho.)

Gotta get ready for the footsball game tonight.. G.L. (BTW, took it on the chin at Philly today :( )

the FINAL play

the FINAL play

Went with the sucker bet (Serena double faults first) for the ladies final ... . so much for that. Aside from that, it was tough watching Woz. getting flattened out by the BIG STEAM ROLLER.

I don't like it when a bet just looks too good to be true or is just toooo logical. But, how can you pass up the OVER with Celic/Nishikori. Nishi used to have some stamina issues but NO MORE and Celic can play all day. BOTH of them are on top of their game too and both are pretty well rested.

These two are so evenly matched that OVER looks mighty EZ to me. I'm on the "OVER 40 1/2 @ -130 (BTW, I don't feel like I'm "buying" anything when I "buy" points; I just accept a lesser payout. Almost always do it with parlays but pretty much NEVER with (football) single bets.).

Wouldn't be surprised if the "OVER 42 @ -105" variety covers. These lines/odds are currently at the 5Dimes online candy shop. .
