Computer help pleeease

Can someone help me....my bottom tool bar( the one with the start menu and all minimized webpages) moved to the right hand side of my screen...it is vertical instead of horizontal...fricking annoying the heck out of me

do a right mouse click and see if the taskbar is locked, if so unlock then drag and drop...then lock

This happened to me a few years ago, and to expand on what Ryson said, put your cursor in the upper right hand corner of your screen, left click and hold and drag it diagonally to the lower left hand corner and release. Might take a few times, but that is how I did it.
