Help!
Using XP Home edition, my windows explorer locks up when opening a file folder. The weird thing is that it only does it on the one folder, nothing odd about it as it has pictures and some home movie clips but only a couple GB of information. I have bigger folders which open without a problem.

So, it locks up and I get a message that a 'drwatson.exe' application is working. In looking it up on Microsoft it says I should see a drwtsn.log file but I can not find one. Also it tells me to uninstall MS Windows 2000 resource kit as well, can't find that either. :cursin:

Anyone else ever have this issue?

try changing the default views in windows to list instead of thumbnails, maybe it is having a hard time reading that because of all the clips

In Windows NT/2000/XP you will also need to edit the following registry key. The removal of this key is optional in Windows 95/98/Me.
At the taskbar, click Start|Run. Type 'Regedit' and press Return. The registry editor opens.
Before you edit the registry, you should make a backup. On the 'Registry' menu, click 'Export Registry File'. In the 'Export range' panel, click 'All', then save your registry as Backup.
Locate the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE key:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\
CurrentVersion\Run\Microsoft Dianostic
and delete it if it exists.
Close the registry editor and reboot your computer.

Dr Watson is something that was used in older version of windows tho!!!
