"the bunker"
dude, have you checked to see whether your automatic disk defrag is working every day automatically?...

comcast switched over from mcafee to norton and i noticed right away i was having issues with my computer...constantly crashing, blue screen, delayed cursor movement...a general pain in the ass...

i checked around the net and found out that norton, for some reason, turned off my windows vista daily disk defrag program that defragged every day at the same time....it hadn`t been done since norton started...

i figured out how to do it(not as cut and dried as you think...but not difficult once you know what to do) and my computer, though not perfect,is running pretty well now....100 times better....

if you think that might help, let me know...

Second that.....2 years and not a single freeze-up or major fart.

Forgot what "de-frag" meant till I read this post.

My brother in law laffed at my Mac
....called last weekend purchased an apple laptop
he snapped and took an axe to his "stuck once too often'' PC

No joke - you ain't gotta MAC - you got problems......
