concrete problem/question

ok gurus, question for you.

Hired a guy to come and pour a concrete patio for me. rectangle shape with a 2 foot border that is stamped a fieldstone pattern, and dyed a charcoal grey.

he came and poured it this weekend.

Except it sure doesn't look like a fieldstone pattern on it. It looks more like someone took a trowel and just waved squigly lines over it all.

When I press his face to it and tell him he hosed it up, what should I be expecting for a recourse? Does he have to knock it out and repour the whole thing?

It's likely going to be #3. For a concrete guy, he aint that big suprisingly.
(I'll make sure none of his crew is around though, they were pretty big)

guess I'll just tell people "it adds character" when they ask what kind of fieldstone pattern i used...
