Confused on Book and Deposit Options, appreciate any help

Guys

I'm moving to the online sportsbook world, i used online books in college but you could merely use your cc to get your account going and you were still entitled to new account rewards.

After looking through old posts it looks like 5dimes, BetJam, and TheGreek get alot of praise.

i'm not a big money gambler (bankroll -1K with most wagers 50 bucks) so where would it be easiest to put money in and take money out with a good new account bonus?

i see that betjam wont give rewards on cc deposits, not sure if i need a paypal type of third party account or what, i'm confused on what the best option is, any help is appreciated!!!
