I wd have expected a rant out of u about impending doom...
But Kudos to u................ we should all remember that ultimately we are all Americans..we just see things differently... We are attacking ideas and not individuals so once the passion of the debate and viewpoint ends we are all Americans and hopefully friends. We have to find common ground and go from there.
I almost feel that if i ran in ta ya the next few minutes I'd buy ya a Brat N a Beer.
I trust ur thought was sincere......to a Better America for all of us and a stronger bond that unites us all. May U Barry Hussein Obama Have the Wisdom of the Ages and lead our Nation back to what it once was.

On the same note we should hear you lefties come to the defense of GW Bush and support him and his legacy as he did do some good things in his Presidency and was attacked unfairly by partisans who voted for the same things he did (the war).
I just hope now we hear more Americans casting scum like Bin Ladin as the enemy instead of G.W. Bush and I hope Barack Obama and history will judge GW Bush to be a good president despite the cards he was dealt and how he took the fight to the terrorists and kept us safe.
GW Bush could have done some things better (like manage the Iraq war) but he was unfairly blamed for Katrina (good grief they had 5 days to get out of town and they didn't -- and the local government was to blame for this). I also think the housing crisis has blame to go around as Fannie and Freddie were the culprits.
At least now maybe we can turn the Republican back into the Conservative party and get rid of the scum that held it down. We got rid of Hastert already and now Stevens. Hopefully scum like Franken dont get in the Senate.
We need to get leaders like Cantor to take the party like Newt tried to do in 1994. We cannot afford to let Pelosi and Co. try to turn our great land into a giant welfare state.

I don't think Bush was bad. I dont even think he was a "conservative" during the entire 8 years.

Agree that Bush was not a conservative for the most part as he spent like a liberal and i hated his medicare part D giveaway that was completely anti-capitalistic.
I think Gitmo is a necessity and that we should continue to play hardball with terrorists. I hope Barack realizes this and if so I hope the liberal media leaves the issue alone and lets us torture the hell out of the enemy who wants to kill our innocent citizens.

Torture is a complete necessity if it means saving innocent lives. Terrorism is wrong and if one refuses to wear a uniform and fight in a field of combat in a legitimate fashion, one gives up their "rights" in my view. One who would rather prey on innocent women and children and brainwash young kids and mentally handicapped by strapping bombs to them should be tortured to no end. Not only would we get information it would set an example of how to deter such activity.
1. Took the fight to the terrorists.
2. Reduced the federal income tax.
3. Reduced the capital gains tax.
4. Nominated conservative judges.
5. Remained 100% civil to political opponents unlike how they treated him.

Yep, I never once heard GW Bush use his bully pulpit to go off on Dingy Harry and Nancy Hezbullosi and or any of the democratic candidates while they all beat him to a pulp.
