Congratulations to those who had the Rams tonight. I have never seen such diversity of opinion between cappers on a game and I think it speaks highly of the community we have here at Mad Jack's.
Those on the Rams stuck with solid fundamental principles that served them well tonight. Those of us on the Lions were counting on trends, contrarian opinion and angles that often work well also, but not tonight.
Next week we have another capping challenge. While I doubt it will be the high profile game on this forum that tonight's game was I still look forward to reading others opinions and perhaps even expressing my own.
For those interested, dtronny will be at the top of the ACES GOLD contest after tonight at 15 - 5 +950. I think about six contestants will be tied for second at 14 - 6 +740. I only looked at the top twenty so everyone will have to wait for Tiger's update for anything else.
Whether you are feeling the thrill of victory or the agony of defeat I hope everyone enjoyed this football weekend as much as I did. I personally felt the agony of defeat tonight, but would play the same plays again if I had it to do over. The worst thing a capper can do is change his methods because the one they used on a given day didn't work. The next day may belong to you.
Good luck to all,
NCU
