Well I am a big NU fan, but I am just laughing watching this game.
This team is pathetic. It is funny to watch the PSU fans as they think they are beating a good team.
Then we have the announcers talking about how we have this big upset. Ha ha ha
This NU Off is just an absolute joke. Lord couldn't throw a screen pass if the game depended on it.
As I am typing PSU has no 3 and outs. Ha ha

Just like 9/11 taught us all, some things in life are the most important in the whole scheme of things.
1) time with family is the most important fact of life and until you realize that fact, you will never really know; and I hope you never have to face that reality.
2) Everything is perfect now. Two great kids and the best wife in the world. I have been blessed despite circumstances and just like all other matters, time heals all wounds and difficult times makes the family even stronger.
3) Timing is everything. Bottom line is you win some and you lose some, but if most days are good ones, then life is good. Thanks to all said above and "Mich-Cal Over and 2nd Half Neb-PennSt", today was a very nice day.
4) I celebrate my 40th this Thursday and wouldn't trade places with anyone out there; Thank you for the nice comments and continue to keep MadJacks the Superior One-Stop-Shop that it is.

barnett is a fool and so is solich.....i saw that immediately when i saw him against OU 2 years ago when the sooner nation was revived.......
these two teams do not mark the big 12 as being overrated....no conference in the country has two team like Texas and OU with the exception of the Big East where there are only 2 good teams.....big 12 still has K-State, TAMU, and Iowa State which are all probalby top 25 teams.....Nebraska is as well......Tech is marginal......Neb is going down the toilet thanks to coach Garry Gibbs errrr Frank Solich.....it is kind of sad to see one man take such a proud state down.....i am not a nebraska fan but this state lives and dies by this team -- and so do some in the states around Neb......they should fire Solich before they waste too much time in mediocrity.....this Lord guy is a flat out joke and shouldn't be anywhere near D-1 football.....only a moron would play him

If you can count to 12 you would realize that 75% of that conference sucks w/ Baylor, Kansas, TT, Missouri, Nebraska, OK St., K St., Texas A&M & Colorado.

Every so-called Big 12 power team plays weak non-conference schedules. I'm tired of hearing people praise this mediocre conference. Funny you would compare this conference w the Big East, because I think both these conferences are the easiest for an average team to go undefeated in. Big East just because of weak programs & the Big 12 because of scheduling.
The Pac 10 & The SEC are by far the best conferences in the country. A) Because more than 2 teams compete for the conference title on a yearly basis. B) Nearly all the teams in these conferences have to recruit against one another. Bluechip recruits do not go to KU, BU, OSU etc., etc., etc.
Oklahoma will lose as soon as they test themselves on the road! Texas will lose as soon as they play a team w a functional offense. And neither one of those situations will occur in conference. That's unbelievable! Both of those teams have major weaknesses & deserve their rankings just as much as Nebraska & Colorado did!
You can't find a truly weak program in the Pac 10. Cal had a bad year last year, but I think they played 7 teams who played in bowl games (5 in conference), including 3 conference champs (Illinois --not E Illinois, BYU & Oregon)! Look at them now! Could you imagine Baylor going into East Lansing & kicking ass! Never!
Please give this Big 12 stuff a rest! East coast writers have anointed this conference as the best in the country, but if you really watch the games you would know it's not true.

Thank you Mansa for posting the damn truth. I was involved in a thread on another forum where someone mentioned how strong the Pac 10 was & I chimed in saying:
