ML is +105 and - 0.5 is +108. Do both of these lose in a draw? If so..whats the reason for playing the ML?

In this example the ML and the -0.5 are the exact same thing. The book just didn't adjust the odds on the three way line that's all.


Note:

If you are playing the +0.5 your team wins if it is a tie
