I would like some opinions of who you guys consider the overall best offshore out there. I know there are many things to consider like re-up bonuses , ease of payouts , lines , english , ect But who is the best overall

i use olympic and they seem to be fine. i have never had a problem getting paid. they have lines to every possible game or event and they post their lines early.
