First Senior major and a new venue...why do they have to make it so hard?!
Nicklaus design looks fairly open in desert environment, a couple of short almost reachable par fours and easy to get to fives, but one monster par 5 and a 240 yd par three which should have a few of the old boys bringing out the baffies!!
Not many UK books joining in just yet, but hopefully they will tomorrow.
John Jacobs - 66/1 Centrebet, SIAS and betandwin - likes desert courses, lives locally, gives it a whack, and has had an age-defying season
Wayne Levi - 66/1 as above - green as they come rookie who has started well and could improve past some of the senior seniors!
AND, unusually, a couple of match bets, which I'm sure Stanley would agree with if he had a pc (Should spend some of his Kerr winnings)
Zoeller v Davis
Doyle v Pooley
may be a little simplistic in terms of analysis (you know i'm not into that DTB!) but inb the events they have played together this year, Zoeller leads 5-1, and Doyle leads 5-2.
