Covid and traveling

I estimate I spent about 9 hours total in multiple airports and only saw 1 person not wearing a mask. He wasn't even holding one as if he took it off temporarily. I imagine he was confronted at some point to either mask up or GTFO.

I would say that in Vegas casinos about 95% are wearing masks and you will be told to mask up if not wearing one. At the bars you pretty much have to at least have one hanging from your ear as if you only took it off to take a drink or a smoke. Sooooooo, at the bars it's pretty much 0% masking up. Smurphy was told to mask up by a bartender at South Point, but he said to have it hanging at least. Smurphy, Blurple, and I weren't wearing one at the Bellagio sports bar and they never said anything to us. I'm pretty sure the bartenders were wearing but for some reason my memory is foggy about the time I spent there.

If you are exposed to Covid, how many days do they say you need to wait to feel confident that you didn't contract the virus? 10-14? But symptoms can start showing up within a day or 3?

I left my last airport at 9:30am on Wednesday so I have 4 days behind me.

Just thinking out loud hoping for some non political opinions.

Sounds like it's alot safer in airports and Vegas then it is working in my Albertsons. Manager isn't attempting to enforce it either. I would say about 75% now.

These questions are really which causes the skepticism with people cause there is no concrete answers, I talk to doctors all the time and one says 7 days and then the leading resp doctor said 10 days.

Side note, a week before we went down a local bar owner took a few co workers to Vegas, bar was closed Saturday at 8:30, they have to close for a week. Brought back covid

If no symptoms, you should be okay to be around people after 10 days. Or on day 7 if you go get tested and you are negative you should be okay.

This is from the CDC so I tell people the longer you can go the better but these are good guidelines.
