cowboys stadium 23mph breezy--question

1) is this weather report correct
2) will they close the dome, and how will this effect the game , not sure how their dome structure handles the wind in comparison to other stadiums

The way the dome is constructed, I don't think wind should be a factor. With that said, I can't imagine them NOT closing it if it became one.....:shrug: I'm curious as well, if anyone knows for certain.
