Looking for some very basic transportation.

Anybody had any luck on Craigslist?

Was wondering what to expect to pay (estimate of course) in relation to the asking price.

Thanks for any and all advice. :0074

Where it is real F ing COLD
Check out cargurus.com when in the market for a car. It'll help

Great advice, this is a great way to buy a car and you can get great deals from a dealer with this APP, another nice feature is that it lets you know how long the car has been advertised. I bet it is easier to deal em down when a car has been sitting on the site for 5 months. Got my Elantra for 2.5 K below book

Ya bleedding thats true if car is stuck on lot for 5 months they need to sell it--- ex car sales man way back until 1980

how ever word to wise get the actual born on date of any vehicle ask car manufacturer using the VIN number then take that date go to wis-kit.com enter it .....then see day of week car was completed

if monday or friday your most likely going to have many problems especially if was power train that was done

or eltrical computer problems OMFG the ones i had that murdered me

So far my new Car no real troubles and it's in 6th year now drove 10 K miles from sept no real troulbles only the old battery went that cost me only 55$ and apid $10 to my guy for putting it in..

junk yards have these batteries brand name is terminal post 6 year life

Sounds like a good vehicle

What day of the week was it made?

I actually bought a boat on CL 6 years ago sight unseen other than pictures. Granted it was from a broker but got a Sea Ray 260 Sundeck because of a divorce needing a quick sale. Got for 33k and ask was 45k. Sold boat 3 years later for 39k. Sea Rays are known for holding value though. Again, mine was through a dealer acting in part for the seller, and it was in the fall. Broker probably bought for 30 and turned for a quick profit because of time of year.
