Credit Card Reimbursement Question

I'm still new to the online books - hopefully someone can help me.

I made a small deposit with Pinnacle via a credit card since my local did not offer lines on the last UFC card. I lost the deposit, but liked the site and the lines and have decided to make a sizable deposit with the book using Western Union. Now my question is - next time I want to request a payout, do I have to request for my CC to be reimbursed? This deposit has nothing to do with that deposit, but they lead me to believe that all deposits must be reimbursed before I can start requesting payouts in another manner.

I have inquired with Pinnacle's customer service, but they have not been very helpful. If anyone has had a similar experience or know the procedures, let me know.

Thanks,
BM

every book on planet earth HAS to give back money to the credit card before they can send you money........

meaning if you deposited say 500 on credit card and say 2000 by Western Union. When you made a withdrawl a week later for say 9000.......you would get 8500 by cheque and the other 500 would go to your credit card........

Books can't do anything about it........I believe that is a rule the credit card companies have in place.

hope that helps
:p

It has to go on the credit card first because the books don't want you to dispute the charges with your credit card company and then they would be out of your withdrawal and your deposit.

Lots of people out there who are dishonest.

that's not accurate- most books cannot refund back to CC's anymore- I've deposited into books via CC and withdrawn to Prepaid ATM several times

My answer is what I think is the reason, actually I'm not sure. Books still charge back to my debit card even though I can't use the debit card to fund it any more.

Nobody (that I use) will take the debit card anymore.

Thanks for the responses guys - I figured I had to get the card reimbursed. I think I will probably deposit an extra 500 into the account via Western Union then take it out the next day via the CC reimbursement so I don't have to deal with it anymore.

Again thanks.

from pinnacles web site:

ATTENTION: All money added to your account using Pinnacle Sports on-line credit card system must be returned to your card before other methods of withdrawal are allowed.

BE ADVISED: Master Card has imposed stringent new return policies on its vendors. Because of these policies, Pinnacle Sports cannot process Master Card credits in our normal timely manner. If you choose to use your Master Card on our site, a return may take several weeks to process in full. Pinnacle Sports will not provide alternate methods of withdrawal for Master Card users. For timely credits back to your card, Pinnacle Sports recommends the use of VISA cards on our site.

Most books I see have similar policies re: MasterCard. I would recommend alternative funding sources like PrePaid ATM and Netteller for future transactions- easy in and out and small fees
