A purchase, unless specified otherwise by the offshore.

Usually, though, the offshore will charge you for the discount rate charged by the credit card company (they probably mark that up as well).

Just wanted to put my 2 cents in here on what has become a big problem for me...

Neteller and paypal have started charging it as a cash advance in the last month....very bad, on top of all of the other bs fees, now you have to pay cash advance fees to deposit to them

It's extremely hard to get a credit card to go through to a gaming site now and if it does, it's billed as a cash advance and you are going to pay a 15 fee plus a huge interest charge...

I'm trying to avoid neteller and paypal and find a place that bills as a purchase.
Does anyone know of a good book that can take a card on the site? I think that sia does, but there baseball lines are ridiculous, 15 cents. Looking for a 10 cent line. I talked to acesgold and they were unsure. Thanks for the help and avoid those cash advance charges
