In a couple of hours time a weak strength NZ team face a full strength Aussie outfit up at the GABBA.

The Aussies, fresh from a historic series win over in India, will absolutely belt this Kiwi mob. NZ's #1 "strike" bowler has never taken a test wicket!! :142lmao:

This 5 day match won't see day 4!! This will get UGLY real quick.

$1.47 for the Aussies is "money for nothing and your chicks for free"

:director: GET ON 'EM...... :bigun:

Hey Bomber...

Stumps on day 1 sees the Kiwis at a slow 7 for 250 on a pitch that is giving nothing to the bowlers. They wont see 300. I reckon the Aussies could score 600+ and declare!!

Not getting much done at work, as me and the guys have got the tv on...watching the live action!! :)

Yeh, that gabba pitch is always susceptible to runs!
Good thing is probably that the kiwi's can't exploit it! This may be a stretch, but do you and your work mates get a chance to watch sunday and monday night NFL on the same T.V??

No...not quite Bomber. My employer doesn't pay for cable!!

I have to watch the scoreboards on the NFL website early Monday mornings. :cursin:

Yeah... "operation TV grab" went like clockwork with full military precision. I was in charge of 'distraction' while my comrades pinched the tele from the boardroom and made off with the set!!!

Lunch on the second day sees the Kiwi tail wagging at 9 for 352!!! Some guy named Oram is on 120 odd!! :cursin:

Sounds like they are putting up a pretty good stand paw! Need Hayden and co. to come out hard this afternoon by the sounds of things. Like the updates mate! BTW, sounds like the teamwork is in full force down there!

I think I'll have a few running come AFL '05 Bomber. Crunching some more numbers in my spare time but will be ready to rock when the season kicks off.

Stumps on day 2 has the Aussies climbing off the ropes after cruising to 1 for 85 and then slipping to 4 for 128. Martyn 59* and Clarke 31* have steadied the ship to 4 for 197 at the close of play. We'll need to crank it up tomorrow!!

The next 24 hours has told the story Bomber!!!

Australia takes control of the match with centuries to Gilchrist and Clarke. Even Gillespie 43* and McGrath 54* :scared have got in on the run-fest.

Aussies 9 for 564 leaving the Kiwis 200+ runs in the red with 2 days to play.

I just saw that paw! Wow, McGrath 54*! Didn't think this was remotely possible! Need some quick wickets by the looks of things when NZ return to the crease!

Game over Bomber.

Aussies first innings finished at 585 and then we bowled out the Kiwis just after lunch for 76 runs!!!
Ended up winning the test by an innings + 156 runs. :142lmao:

I won't expect the same value when the 2nd test starts!!!

An easy win that I hit pretty hard and it went as expected. Wish all bets were this easy!

Now I've got more cash to blow on this weeks NFL lottery :cursin:

:142lmao:

Ha! Bowled out for 76 ay! Nothing has changed by the sounds of things. They should be on the other side of the fence spectating! Glad you collected some $$ from this. So much for a test that may go down to the wire! Enjoy the NFL 'lottery' tomorrow, as it is exactly that!
