In college, we mixed Big Red and vodka to give to girls so they would get hammered. We also would put jolly ranchers in Zima for the same effect.

I'm not shitting on your drink, I will try it this weekend. Your mixture took me back for a minute.

True story:

Met this guy one night through a friend at a party. Nice enough guy with a very hot wife. We got to talking, me and the guy not the wife (oh mommy). Well anyway he asked me what I did so he told me what he did. He went on to tell me that he manufactured the purple velvet bags for Crown Royal. I guess he travels the world looking for price, fabric etc. I thought that was a pretty interesting gig.

Took a big bottle of Crown to our Alabama trip to the RTJ courses and could not find Big Red south of Kentucky. It was just fine mixed with a small amount of ice.
