I am very upset. I saw their offer of 100 for 100 = 200.

I then made a deposit for 100, and they put in a 100 "bonus"

It's not a bonus that you can use. It's a joke!

I made a $100 play and they took $5 off the bonus. so I have a whopping $5 in my account and $95 bonus that is worthless and stupid. What's the point????

That was the only reason I sent out to that place. Good bonus offer (supposedly) and new to madjacks.

If I do win my game and this is true with the bonus (I did live chat with them), I will withdraw every penny in there.

I guess I was the sucker here. Glad I lost the small amount I had in there.

I don't see how they can expect someone to play 19x on a small deposit.

Just something to look for when looking at this book and promotion.

I know I will never send them any money again.

Basically, I went on there and saw a deposit 100 get 100 free promotion.

So I signed up and did it.

Then I found out that I couldn't bet the bonus money. I placed the 100 (deposit amount) on a bet and they took $5 off of the bonus money.

Basically, I would have to play 1900 to get that 100.

I think it was ridiculous, but I guess I should've researched it better. It was my understanding that the bonus money was just like carib and many others, that I would get it and use it immediately.

I did lose the 2nd bet I made, and I think I have $85 in "bonus money" left, but it don't matter, because I won't deposit to them again because of that. I think it is either misleading or dumb to have that deal.

chump,

I see where you're coming from now, but I hardly would call it misleading or "false advertising" because it's written clear as day and even in bold print at the bottom.

I'll speak to my man over there and see what they can do to make the rule more clearly understandable to the player.

You're right! MOST books give you the bonus upfront into your account and then you have to roll it over before withdrawal.

Maybe they'll change the rule because of you alerting people to something that could be misunderstood.

thanks,

jack@madjacksports.com

BTW, choosing a sportsbook because of their bonuses can be very dangerous to your bankroll. Some of the best books out there don't give any bonus at all and some of the worst books out there give the BEST bonuses. Know what I mean? Getting paid and getting paid in a timely fashion is THEE most important trait a book can have, IMO.

I know what you're saying about bonuses. I'm pretty selective with that, don't want to get burned.

I have played at 90% of the books here, kinda supporting the site that I love.

I thought it was a good deal and tried it. It wasn't what I thought it was, but I'll be more careful next time.

jack....i signed up as well...i looked around the site to try to figure out the deal, but i never saw it....only when i started placing wagers did i realize how they do business....was a bit upset since i have used carib and like chump said, they fund it automatically....not take pieces of their bonus to you as you make wagers....seem a bit extreme for them to give you $0.50 for every $10 wager made....have had not problems with them overall...just a heads up cause i truly TRIED to find out how you get the bonus BEFORE i funded with neteller....

i sure wish they could do a better job with the info in that aspect, but everything else there is good....nice system overall....would recommend, but be wary of the way you get the bonus they advertise!!
