I thought for sure that 12 was way too high yesterday, and of course they put up 15. Today's pitchers are not as good as yesterday, either. Mitre was awesome in his last start against Atlanta but I don't trust him enough yet to put money down on him. And this Cubs offense has been a mystery for the first 9 games; half the time you can't stop them from scoring and the other half you have to make 4 errors in an inning for them to do anything.
Overall, for me there is too many question marks on this game for me to play it, but if Mitre gives anywhere near the kind of effort he gave against Atlanta then this one should find its way under.
