I wish a team I had could score nine runs.
So far the Cubs have a nine-run inning, LAA has a niner and SD took two back-to-back innings to get nine.
Pittsburgh is a no wager for me until they show something after their performance in Houston and now this.

The primary motivation for this mini-run by the Cubs is that the players are trying to put on a show for the scouts so they can get the hell out of Chicago.
I'll have to remember this for next year when the Cubs are again pathetic in July but, put on a run before the trade deadline.

Travis Snider could be an absolute steal for the Pirates. Brad Lincoln is having a nice year, but Snider is a potential star.
Blue Jays acquire P Delabar from Mariners
- The Toronto Blue Jays have acquired pitcher Steve Delabar from the Seattle Mariners in exchange for outfielder Eric Thames.
Delabar, 29, has a 2-1 record and a 4.17 ERA through 34 appearances during four stints with the Mariners this season.
The right-hander went 1-1 with a 2.57 ERA in six games for Seattle last year.
Thames, 25, was batting .243 with seven doubles, three home runs, 11 RBI and 17 runs scored in 46 games with Toronto this season.
Entering Monday, he was hitting .262 with 24 doubles, 12 homers and 37 RBI through 53 games for Triple-A Las Vegas.
Neither player will have to travel far as the teams are in the midst of a three-game series with each other, which Seattle won the opening portion, 4-1, on Monday.
