BC won, placed 5 wagers on the scott loss one.

playing the under 6.5 on the leafs game NHL, probably giving some back lol.

will not play anymore, will wait for the brier men championships in 2 weeks.

Quebec +210 is good value. but does not count as a play. believe team Canada will win, however +210 is a good price on what should be a close game.

Team Canada won and Quebec was never in the game, then Team Canada (defending champions) won against Nova Scoita, and that was not close.

Team Canada Jones is curling at over 90%, however this BC team has almost won the olympic qualifier and has been the top team at this tournament. two very close matched teams and maybe the layoff will hurt BC did not play since Friday afternoon.

Also Team Canada has won two big games recently. still will take BC close game.

BC -140

BC won 8-6, BC got a 7-3 lead and then took the last rock and barely won.

also there was a better line BC -119 always pays to shop around for the best number.

selkirk - which books offer the curling mate?
Friend of mine - a transplanted Canadian - represented NZ at Torino n the curling, he's feeling pretty devastated cos they're a good side yet they had a horror Olympics, didn't win a game, just couldn't get used to the ice at the venue...

hope all is well Anders, tell him to hang in there. heard team NZ was supposed to do better; they will do better in the future.

Pinnacle and Olympic, Olympic had the lines for all the matches. Pinnacle had finals.

believe Alberta and Ontario will be strong.

posted along with a basektball pick (that lost NBA..what is new)
Alberta -350 over NWT which won 7-4

other plays did not post
PEI over NWT -240 won
Alberta over Sask -180 (biggest play won)
Alberta over Newfoundland -180 loss (tough loss)

these are all small wagers from a small time punter.
keep well Anders

Sask won over NO 8-7,

placed a small wager on Alberta over Newfoundland -350, anyways now it is at -400, line action on curling...lol. will put half the winning on the sask game and put them on Alberta. far better team.

only reason for small wager is -350 is nose bleed area.

Anders congrats on the tennis.

thanks

morning draw NB over NFLD -140
Manitoba over PEI -300

these are small plays, curling has been good this year, so do not want to blow the gains in one day.

NB and NFLD will miss the playoffs, and both are not strong teams. like NB play better in this tourney, closer games. NFLD skips is good and has many difficult shots.

Manitoba still has a outside shot at the playoffs, and lost 4, though won against NS. and played well. PEI has not been good the last few draws.

-300 is a lot of chalk, so a small play. Manitoba has loss some games in this tourney and the third has struggled.

should have played Sask over PEI evening draw, one team on winning streak other one losing... however the line went up and decided to pass.

thanks

since both won today, the close game was Manitoba in an extra end. so will take the winnings from the manitoba game and put it on NS over NO -450.

NS needs this to get in the playoffs or tiebreaker, NO has not won one game, though has played well at times.

NS is a small play because of -450

Well going to pass on the final game, Ontario Quebec. Ontario should win and probably will, however -300 is a steep price, thought it would be closer to -250, or lower.

Quebec and Nova Scotia played poorly in the semi final, well the Quebec skip did not seem able to make even simple shots, however they still won.

TSN and CBC have done a good job in covering the events, the often interesting to hear the curlers, they are micd. adds to the broadcast.

all of my hockey totals in this thread 2, lost.
here are some of the reasons enjoy curling, only lost one wager (not posted) bad beat Alberta losing to Newfoundland -180. terrible shot by skip led to a steal of 3 instead of 2 pts. should have been an easy win.

play hockey and broomball, and used to play baseball, but hope to start playing curling....however said that five years ago......lol

still enjoy following the sport.

thanks
