Hey guys - remember when he was the best player in the league for a few minutes there? :mj07::mj07:

Nice player, just hilarious to me for some reason. That year and a half will certainly be remembered, but his career will be an inteersting look. Anyhow, love the college card and a few NBA. Back soon...

Like if you substitute Curry in for Westbrook - are there people out there that actually think Thunder would be as good? Or Harden in Houston?

Personally I would take Curry over those two. I can't stand Westbrook that STAT MONGER will never win a ring. Sure he may have lots of statistics and maybe records but last time I looked winning rings is why you do it. Now IMO if OKC would have dumped Westbrook and kept Harden they may have already won a ring (just my opinion).

If starting a team from scratch today its Curry or Harden.

They are different types of players. Not a fair comparison, IMO. I don't think Curry was the best player in the league when he won the award, but it is hard to argue that he wasn't he most valuable. Just a thought, not trying to start an argument. Everyone is entitled to my opinion!

Point is Curry needs the right people around him to flourish - which is fine, just true - those guys can win with whatever you put around them.

Not standing Westbrook is weak, T!! Weak!! The guy is a fucking animal.

Atlanta should ROLL the HEat tonight. I'm hitting it BIG again.

Magic, Hornets, and Rockets

I think they are pretty fair comparisons to exchange teams - same position essentially. If they aren't, who is really?

I would definitely argue that there were more valuable guys than him - but last year, there was literal, serious talk about him being one fo the best ever- and easily the best player in the league. The hype is just very very funny to me. Like, Durant is soooooo much better than him, it's not even close.

But J so what he is an animal...Many others before him were too and did nothing but pad the stat sheet.

He doesn't make everyone around him better...This isn't one on one street ball. That's the game he plays.

FYI the Heat ARE BAD....

I don't know, man. That team BLOWS, and is 14-8. Let's see how the season pans out.

I agree with lets see where they take them but if you look at the big games including Durant RUSS didn't show or shit the bed. I think the Heat unload Dragic and possibly Whiteside mid season...

was there ever even a doubt, there would be a 3 and no foul for me to lose this one. Just cannot get any breaks. Amazing and so gross.

FYI,

Thunder have the same Record today that they did this time a year ago....WITHOUT whom many view as either the 2nd or 3rd best player in the world(behind Curry of course :mj07:) in Durant, and Ibaka.

Harden has certainly been impressive and the Rockets are much better than expected. Will be interesting to see how he holds up after 45-50 games. Westbrook has proven he can do it. Time will tell. But if I'm building a team and those are my 2 choices, I'll take the guy who gives 110% every game.

Jalen Rose said the hardest non statistical thing about the NBA is "getting everyone to play with effort and together for 82 games."

Not sure what your point is? Aint getting no "Kyrie plays defense," argument from me.

But please enlighten me as to what relevance he has to the debate of Harden or Westbrook?:facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:

I'm glad someones opinion besides your own makes you laugh...Funny how if you don't agree you show up in your condscending way of going opposite and putting in LOL or :mj07::mj07::mj07:.

Do you see me enter Jord's thread and LAUGH at his opinion ? No I maybe give my own but I am more looking for banter...

Do you ever agree with anyone ? I'm sure if you have a job or a wife or GF you must get tired of hearing "WHY DO YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO BE RIGHT" ?

I can tell you by the looks of you throwing darts at tons of games a night - YOU'RE NOT ALWAYS RIGHT. :mj07:

All I did was post my opinion. What are you talking about? If I was responding to someone specifically, I will quote them. You took it personal and tried to make it personal with me by trying to put down a Cavs player who had nothing to do with the discussion.

ps- Obv I don't have a job as I win all my dart bets :0008
